The bed was a bit wonky on one side, which took some getting used to. During my shower, I noticed the water ran down the back of the bath and pooled on the floor-doubtful anyone wants to navigate a mini lake in the bathroom. Breakfast felt a little haphazard, as it lacked service and the dining area could really use a refresh to feel more inviting. Plus, the outside space wasn't much to shout about-just a view of the working dock with cruise ships coming and going, so don't expect picturesque scenery.

Hot options for breakfast with welcoming chef and poached eggs, as example. Unbeatable and excellent location right on the sea, easy to get anywhere. Based short walk to industrial harbour as well as the pub's restaurant.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the pub's restaurant, the cruise port right at the doorstep and train station. The rooms were new-fashioned and freshly decorated with outside garden;))

Had a great stay in the Global Suite! Big comfy bed and a fab bathroom with a waterfall shower. Andrea's hospitality made it even better! Just a heads up, the mattress leaned a bit, but I slept like a baby.

Liked its pretty friendly and super-friendly staff.
So glad we chose it, spent 2 nice days here. The venue was in a central location really close to Invergordon and the cruise port right at the doorstep and train station. Furthermore, by industrial harbour...

The room was super spacious and comfy, with a lovely little garden to chill in. Breakfast was amazin- hot scottish items and continental stuff, my kid loved it and called it the best breakfast ever! The staff were really friendly and helped us feel right at home. Plus, the living room and kitchen were cool features if ur staying longer or with a group.
Only bummer was that the view wasn't great, just the working dock. The room kettle was on the floor which didn't feel safe, especially in a family room.

I loved the Global Suite! The private entrance and spacious layout. The waterfall shower and huge bathtub were indulgent.
would recommend 😊❤️

working dock view, good lounge area, easy parking
Shared bathrooms located far from rooms!!! Unclean rooms with mismatched bedding and no toiletries!!! The heating system needs updating as it got dangerously hot!!! A simple desk for working would greatly improve comfort!!!

The Nigg Suite with Garden was spacious and comfortable for our dog. The kettle was placed on the floor and felt unsafe.

The succulent organic chicken was a showstopper, and the Full Scottish breakfast? A hearty start to my day! Plus, the location offered lovely spaces, like the restaurant with a warm vibe and the added convenience of a communal kitchen and laundry for longer stays.
The thin walls let noise in, especially with the early door slams and alarms. Plus, the soap dispensers could use a quick scrub-just a wee oversight in the cleaning routine.

wonderful staff but small room
The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options that catered to all tastes. The garden view from the dining area added a lovely touch to our morning meal experience.
The room was smaller than expected.

Staying in the Global Suite was fantastic! The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom with the waterfall shower was a dream. I also loved the space for working, thanks to the fold-out desk. One side of the mattress was a bit wonky, but it didn't ruin my sleep. A lovely, spacious room!

A Cozy Retreat with Room for Improvement
The breakfast selection provided a good start to our days, though I suggest asking for covered options. A charming location for couples, perfect for cozy getaways. Check the room setup before unpacking.
